Founder's Message

I am the founder and Executive Director Educate A child international a community based organization in Kasese district Uganda.
Establishing this organization arose from the problems my community was experiencing having grown up under difficult conditions. The community we work in is recovering from a series of tribal and political conflicts that left adverse effects. In addition, the area has seen recurrence of floods since 2013 which has escalated poverty, disease, malnutrition, increased number of orphans and widows, etc.
After university therefore, I decided to look for solutions on how we can address community challenges leading to the birth of Educate a child international. We work in areas of Education, health, economic empowerment and environmental conservation.
